Who's back in the gym burning of Christmas? I am back in there now, just doing 3 days a week, 5km run each time, mixture of weights and cardio.

Havent really done much cardio lately, trying to gain a bit of weight for rugby season coming, going for hooker so need some weight

Now going 4 days a week at the cheapest gym around, 500 kesh for the year and its huge!

i pay 320 cash for the year at my gym and its a great venue!

i am back into it 4 days a week.

I use the Cove Gym near King St in the city. Costs me $68 per month through work. At the cost equivalent of 2 drinks from a fancy disco each week, I think its a good investment.

I'm back into training 6 days a week - 4 weights days, 2 cardio days and am trying to cut out all the booze and sh1t from my diet.

Yeah I started on Monday, 1.5 hour sessions mixture of cardio and weights, plus basketball twice a week.

Hoping to go at least 5 times a week. Also taking a very serious look at diet so that will be the biggest key to success.

Doing 4-5 rides a week for about 400km total plus 4 gym sessions. Guess who doesn't have much work on at the moment...

I go to a YMCA gym in Morley, its actually a pretty good gym and costs something like $35 a month from memory. No hot chicks though.

doing that consistently with the right diet tj and you will be seeing good results fast, just keep at it!
