Just start adding little things here and there,
Try parking a slight distance away from shops or houses and get some more walking in Buy a dog, then you gotta walk it and sometimes even feed it Or, just throwing it out there, eat better

Just putting it out there, someone at work has put it to me to get my shit together for the City to Surf 42Km Marathon.
The training begins - To see if i can realistically make a 42km run. I'm cracking 10km on the treaddy pretty easily with more left in me. Anyone out there a serious runner? I have been reading some pretty awesome tips in Runners World - Guide to Running. Gonna see how far i can run, but maybe i'll settle for a half marathon this time .. |

haha running on the road is a totally different ball game to a trady mate. Have you tried running 10kms on the road?
To run 42kms you would have to be on a strict diet and have been in training for at least 6/12 months.

Yeah do laps of the brewery here, 1.4k ring road. Running on the road is definitely different to the tready, no doubt about it. Can run 10 on the road, just need to press on with the training, it's tough.
