Oh and while I am thinking about supplements (read above) - check out massnutrition. They're NABBA body builders so I'd rather support them than the 'big companies'. Very good pricing and support.

The best way to lose weight is to work only in your fat Burn Zone - 50-70% of the max HR for 45 minutes per day (any exercise as long as you remain in the HR Zone is fine). Reduce your calorie intake to 3000 and watch the weight fall off. Eat a massive breakfast (Oats, toast ,banana & coffee) - medium lunch - and small dinner (fist size portions only). No large carb meals for dinner. If you get hungry at night - eat Yogurt (low fat of course). It maybe hard for the first week but you will adjust to it and then you'll find it hard to eat large dinners again. I have gone from 90kg to 75kg in 3 months relatively easily. Eat Super foods like Tomatoes, Avacoado, Almonds, Brocolli, Olive oil, Asparagus, Turkey.

Teejay,

Go and buy this book.

http://www.angusrobertson.com.au/search/fit+for+life/

its the first one. It does talk (not in length) but about diabetes. It blows a lot of the myths out of the water and explains why it does not make sense. Very easy to read and even if you only get a couple of pointers out of it certainly worth the $17.

Hey Guys

I am looking into pre-workout supplements in order to pump harder etc.

Has anybody used No-Explode or naNO Vapour?

If so what are your preferences? Is one more effective than the other?

Any help appreciated
