What's the point in throwing these chems into your system? Over the last 6 months i have been absolutely nailing the cardio to lose weight, but now that i'm levelling out and beginning to look pretty fit, I am mixing cardio with weights much more.

What is the advantage/obsession with these supplements?
well if you are trying to lose weight then diet is the key and these supplements wont help at all.... i thought some people here were after gaining muscle mass. however, creatine may help with stamina whilst running you can only try, creatine affects some people more then others.

Creatine would only allow you to retain more water would it not? Yes Mr mario, your thoughts are correct, people are on here to gain muscle also.

Rich, keep it up mate. From nothing but spin classes, running and a decent meal pattern (still drank on the weekends) i managed to lose 27.5kgs (over 25% of my body weight) 96kgs to 68.5kgs in a little over a year and a half.

Thats a good effort - I can't picture you at 96Kg! How the hell did you get like that? I am going for around 75Kg, but trying to achieve good muscle gain as well once i'm happy with my weight.

I'm about 6ft so 75kg is probably underweight for that height.

Eating, not alot of sport and fair bit of tv/computer buddy. Coming from a kid that used to train and play baseball 6 nights a week and footy 3 times a week in winter doing no sport at all had some big effects. Plus a wall falling on me and breaking my leg didnt help the weight situation hehe. Its on my drivers license how big i used to be, next time i see you ill show you. I never changed it because everytime i feel like being lazy i stare at my license and think how shit it felt confidence wise to be so big.

Its all mental.

Probably because people taking creatine/noxplode are trying to gain weight and not lose it.

Useless for weight loss.. youll just be taking in sugar and then trying to burn it off during cardio.

you need something like hydroxycut for weight loss, or something else thats thermogenic based.

Eating more often but eat less, small meals in the evening before bed especially.

Pick a favourite fruit or yoghurt and munch on it.
