Training to achieve Level 14 in the beeptest at the moment, yay. Level 15 is the minimum to be accepted into the AFL draught.

When you get to level 14 you have been running for 14 mins 45 secs (2.8Km), sounds piss easy but the shuttles are a fucker (144 of them)

157x20m shuttles
by which time you'll be doing 15.5km/h (each shuttle in 4.65seconds)
total KM, 3.140km
15m 46 seconds

Haven't read the whole thread, anyone use a gym in the kwinana / rockingham area they would reccomend + personal trainers?

Sad story that has motivated me to lose some weight again. Had a chick come over and stay with me about 5 yrs ago that was hitting on me but I rejected her because she was too big for my likings. Went to a wedding 2 weeks ago and met up again and she had lost around 40kg. She looked hot and I started hitting on her and she rejected me presumably because I was too big for her likings.

If you didn't reject her maybe she wouldn't have turned out so hot. So if you think about it, you did her good. And now that she's hot, you wanna be hot too. Win win long term wise? Lol
