Hows it going. Time of the year where everyone usually starts thinking about losing weight before christmas. Irony being it all goes back on at Christmas, but i guess better than putting on twice as much!

Started swimming once a week, 50x50m (2.5Km) in 45mins. Mix this up with a few high intensity gym sessions. Found the kg's fall off a lot easier with the swimming included rather than running 30km a week + circuit classes.

I have started swimming about 3 weeks ago as well. I go to thornlie and normally there around 5.30 in the morning. Still trying to learn to swim and manage maybe 25 mins so far but need to get my breathing right before i can do much more then 2 laps at a time. The afternoon will be a 45min jog or 75min bike ride in the hills.

Yeah it's good to mix your fitness up with a swim. Specially after doing heaps of weights. I go on Wednesday arvo's. After 50x50 i'm pretty thrashed and need an epic feed.

Im in Sweden at the moment - And I have free gym access here.

I will be starting training next week for 10 weeks. Seeing as I have nothing and nobody here, I can spend alot of time smashing it! Also have heated pool and free trainers.
