I might be able to get in twice a week with those hours, would that be worth while?

Have used it, and still do sometimes, but don't really rate it to be honest. I don't drink caffeine, so maybe the big dose affects me more but I feel "jittery" after and can't sleep as easy. Plus the energy boost it gives isn't that great anyways.

As long as you are doing another couple of sessions ( walking etc ) then yes. 630 tomorrow night is cool but I may or may not be there. If you feel comfortable getting started on your own go for it, alternatively we can try hook up on Saturday morning so I can show you how to use the equipment etc.

Yeah but most people do that 3-4 months at a time, go as often as and as hard as they can then it's back to old habits. Why not slow down excercise to a point where you can maintain regularly and include booze/junk food at a much more moderate level. Build a long term routine if you want long term results?

No thanks.

I need to make drastic improvements, so I need to take drastic measures.

Playing with my dick to lose 600g a week for 2 years doesnt appeal to me much.

I am more than capable of balancing things once I get them right.
