Having my ankle twist so far around (almost 270°) that my tibia literally split length ways up the bone about 1.5 - 2 inches.

Also dealing with post-op care for pilonidal sinus ranks up there for shear unpleasantness.

having my KTM slide out from under me and then sliding into a tree was nice, dislocated shoulder, 3 fractured ribs, fractured wrist, broken nose, 4 stitches and a fractured cheek. Just down the road from V3 RA's house
Then a chiropractor smashing me in the back for about 2 months.
