Meh, may as well add my bit.
Concussion after being hit in left side of head by a horses head. Equivilant of king hit docs said after CT scan. Knocked me out cold. The pain/headaches for months after caned. Never give neurofen to anyone thats had concussion. It has bad reaction with how it works. Toothache/absess. That sucked. Hurt less having it pulled out with the anathetic not working properly than the pain/agony of the bad tooth. Could add more but that'd be boring lol. |

Definitely my infected appendix about 16 months ago.. it was so swollen, it exploded as they were pulling it out. Felt like I'd been stabbed in the guts prior to the operation.
Had to stay on an antibiotic drip for a number of days after that incident too. |

you've got alot more to look forward to never never ever get a spinal tap if you do, make sure you get someone competent that can do it in one go women will get this, but they won't be getting a tap, but to put the epidural through |

Going back to when i was about 16, working at an automatic wash, ripping my leg open on the grating as the grating slipped and making a nice 6 inch hole in my leg... Wasn't too bad.. next day, walking around for 8 hours before boss came down seen me limping around cause doctor hadn't cleaned wound out properly and it had gotten infected, that was pain...
Next painful, impaling myself on my weights bench cause the border collie i had at the time decided to get under my foot as i moved, short of crushing his back, twisted taking evasive action and ended up taken pole of weight bench through my right rib cage. |

Hyper extending my back backwards and snapping off my
Spinu at L5 LS1 level and at the same time dislocating my left knee, it definately made me feel alive !!!!!! That was 3 years ago and I still feel the pain daily.

I have a 3-way tie for the most painful:
1. breaking my left leg Surfing Jakes in Kalbarri (broke my left Femur (thigh) 2 inches above the knee)....RFDS to perth & 12 weeks in traction at PMH (i was 14). 2.Skewering my left calf on a 7" long metal strap, nothing quite like having to pull a body part off a piece of metal buried 12 cm deep into muscle. Driving myself to the hospital wasn't fun and the only time I've ever feinted was hobbling into kalgoorlie Hospitals emergency dept that evening. 3. Smashing my left thumb between a 30lb metal sledge hammer handle and a steel coupling on a water main whilst 6 feet deep in a muddy hole trying to fix a shagged o'ring at the Newman caravan park......the tip of my thumb simply exploded!.....Hospital trip again.......thumb was numb for 3 months afterwards. I'm more carefull these days.....Touch wood!
