My choice would be Weight reduction - as it enhances the other 3 aspects.
People start with power, handling and brakes because they dont decrease the comfort in a road car. if you want to decrese weight i would remove (probably in order) -spare tyre and jack -stereo (incuding the 15kg of sub ) -sound deadening (not sure if GC8's have it in the doors??) and bonnet lining -back seat/door trims/passenger seat. =maybe 100kg all up! can anyone think of more? A lot of aftermarket parts weigh less than OEM gear, such as exhaust, suspension, etc.
The bling & stezza's add weight.

i wish i could have 10% weight reduction cos its by far the hardest and most expensive thing to achieve
