Maybe I'm just lucky, but I've always got good deals from all the people mentioned, even the previous management (twice removed!).

Like I've mentioned before, you're dealing with basically the wrecking or re-cycled parts industry and wholesale to boot....don't expect a Ferrari for the price of used chewing gum from under the table, or the warranty that goes with new parts.

The fact that any of the past or present management would entertain return of parts for exchange where found faulty is pretty miraculous...they don't have to....these sort of sales are generally as is/where is, and you have purchased with full understanding and eyes open.

If you crave really good service go to a retail outlet.

For those that think many of us are just talking poor service, you have no idea.

From my qualified personal experiences with one ex JWS employee: Think bad service x 10, unbelievably bad, unreliable, aggressive i.e. more suited to a support role in the forthcoming Chopper Read sequel...hopefully as Tommy the Turk

Can anyone explain why JWS management celebrated Dodgy's departure by advertising it on their web site? Notice, even Nauli failed to step up in his defense

Guys, I will see you all at the "Surviving Dodgy" support group for our next round of counseling...the subject next month is: "How did he get that nickname"

For god's sake, show me where in WA or the world where dealing with people in this industry isn't like dealing with Romanies. Just be thankful you walked away with all your fillings, jewellery and fingers.

Bear a few things in mind:
Opinions are like clits...and probably best kept somewhere warm and private.
Be very sure where you're standing before you set fire to the bridge.
Even people like 'Dodgy' can read.

Not saying that if you felt intimidated you shouldn't get together with the other ladies and work your way through to closure. Just that it's not in anybodys interest to slag off someone you may have to deal with again on a public forum.

I have known the 3 "groups" of owner's that have been involved in JWS since it came to Perth in 2004.
That is right it has changed hands 3 times.
AND I know the forementioned various owner's better than many/most.

I can say that they have ALL had positive and negative attributes about the way that they have operated JWS.

To single "dodgy" as you call him (darren) out, when he has not owned the business since late 2004, and blame him (solely) for any disgruntled experiences you that you may of had with JWS is both NAIVE and misleading.

SHAME ON YOU!!

Darren has never done the wrong thing by me in the time I have known him (4 1/2 years), and I have spent thousands with JWS.
No Complaints, I wouldn't have spent over 50k with someone who treats people how you lot are suggesting.

LEARN THE FACTS BEFORE YOU CHARACTER ASSASINATE SOMEONE AND GROW UP!!!!!

I would have spent at least 20g at JWS, mostly when Darren owned it & I can honestly say he never ripped me off once and saved me thousands, yeah you'd catch him on a bad day every now and then & he'd give you a shitty price or fob you off because he couldn't be bothered dealing with you but in general he was pretty good to deal with unless you were a cock.
