If you anal about people walking up and taking fuses either make sure you have a lockable meter box or do what jamie did and upgrade to to have the fuse box closer or inside the house

Lock on the meter box is a must regardless of where it is.

But the location of it I think is important for looks. I was just lucky that my garage was on same side as services, so they put it on far left of house.
No matter what the cost though I would have made sure it wasnt near front door if thats where they planned on putting it.

Read into this what you want but studys out of the States are linking cancers with power runs in domestic house. Guess where the most common point for a meter box in a W.A house is and it is normally the front bedroom. The radiation figures might be low and there are sceptics as I was and still are but in my case there was no cost to relocate the meter box to the garage so I did it.

Well finally 99% finished front yard, Layed final Astro turf couple days ago, planted more plants last night connected few sprinklers tonight.

Now all i have to do is cut a paver to fit in on lawn edge and mulch the garden.
couple pics.

EDIT :

Stones on garden now instead of mulch, Much better and wont dry out like mulch

Thanks, Maybe unquote the images though haha.
yeah pretty much did it our selfs with the help of the mrs brother.
As he gets the Lawn from a wholesale place for us. As its the good quality Australian made stuff And wont fade in our UV light, Also looks the closest to real Lawn, I have seen the cheap china shit and it looks like plastic.

Id love to get the q7 but damn those things are pricey.
the guy right next door to me has a black q7. looks good

The driveway is a Oyster Cream Washed aggregate Best stuff you can get.
I didnt know there was a copy type stuff ?
Best thing i love about my driveway is how big i made it.
3 cars side by side and still open your door.
