Off to family court this Friday so will fill ya'll in on the outcome of the hearing. Let's just say if I get anything out of this I'll be buying my STI haha!
Good luck at the family court I have been going through a divorce and child disputes since 2008. I am hoping it will all be over soon.
Best of luck

They are awesome.

We're using their Development division for a 2 house development in Bassendean. They're quick, their tradies are well presented and on time, they clean the site up perfectly at the end of the job and the work is of a high quality compared to some of the shit I've seen come out of other companies.

On top of that, the supervisor and project manager are on the phone to us very often, keeping us in the loop.

Also, the price is competitive.. meaning they're not way more or way less than anyone else, but the quality is up there. Cannot complain one bit about their work so far.

Now that I'm aware of this threads existance, can any one recommend a good builder for narrow (10m wide) lot homes?
Contact Rob (Prototype). He works for Blueprint Homes.

Will add Rob to the list and give him a call.
Currently have 2 mates of mine who are using Rob to build their houses and from what they have told me it has been a painless process so far

I've built before with BP and so have my folks. They're pretty good value for money. You're a bit limited with what you can do to the base house design without the price shooting up, but that's why they are a bit cheaper.

Hey guys, how times have changed

Blueprint and myself especially are quite flexible with house designs and the costs are no longer as they used to be a while back, many variations can be done with little fuss and as can be seen from many of the designs I have worked with my clients on, I focus more on what it is you require than just sticking to a basic design.

Also we have just released our new Executive Specifications which line up with the higher end of the market which many clients are now requesting.

If you want to have a look at the options, give me a call or email on 0408 104 923 or rob.hoare@blueprinthomes.com.au
