I just stumbled upon this thread today! I actually work for Five Senses Coffee, in Rockingham... although it's cheaper to order online, if anyone ever comes in, ask for Caleb (Me) and I'll give you a tour

I have the same machine... awesome piece of equipment

Get a good grinder is my main advice, and READ about it as much as you can on the net.. one of the most popular pro-sumer machines on the market, and there is plenty to read about tweaking them and learning how to use them.

I got a doserless rocky grinder, so will have freshly ground beans with every brew. Ive made hundreds of brews in my sisters cafe in Makarska Croatia over the last few summers (winters here) on her commercial Saeco machine, they do 2-3kg (procafe beans) a day there and the coffee here is not made the same as in Europe, so im quite wrapped to get a nice setup in my kitchen now, and i can finaly make a proper coffee

Just a quick query re raw sugar.

Does anyone know where I can buy raw sugar cubes? I'm sick of teaspooning it out of a jar.
