Bullshit, its all farkin concrete. I've just removed a hand rail with quality chocco posts throughout the design. It takes me about 20minutes a metre with the sledgehammer (and that's just to dislodge it!). Its farkin well solid concrete with full size aggregate!!!

There is also some 'shellcrete' which might be nice for the whole seaside feeling. Shellcrete is when you put a heap of the small shells in the surface when it is still wet. Looks alright in the right application. There is also a couple of different colours of the exposed and some normal grey.

That looks nice. Might be a good contrast with our house as its mostly white pale render and white colour bond.
Not sure if they do it down here in Albany though, might re-check the catalogue.

you could always DIY
start of the year my backyard was bare when I had the patio put up (6x7)
and I wanted timber decking (8.5x6 and got quoted well over 12k for most places using batu wood, concrete footing, stainless steel screws etc, so
I did it myself for 2.5k! , this includes a strong jarrah frame , stainless screws , batu wood , 1ton of concrete for the 40 stirrups (footings) etc.
it took a good 3 months to do it and a lot of hard work leveling the block by hand with a shovel but this is the result for someone who has never built anything before:
