Just make it yourself, so much cheaper.

250ml skim milk
3 tablespoons of skim milk powder
2 tablespoons of Milo
1 large scoop of ice-cream

That will give you the same amout of protein and carbs that the bought products do.

Because if you do this ^^^ you are adding about another 100g of protein on top of your shakes which means you are literally shitting money down tha toilet.
Bags not going into the cubical after you.

When you look at the breakdown of protein powders they are just protein and energy.

That mix was handed out to us when we focused on powders, it was equal with the shelf products and didnt taste like arse.

Exactly. If you want to get tied up in all hoo haaa of supplements then go waste the dollars. I'd rather spend it on my car

just because it hasn't got a big roid freak on the lable it doesn't mean it doesn't work

Protein Powder is a supposed to be a supplement, but most people who buy the stuff are marketing victims.

Drink lots of fat free milk, eat lots of lean meat and white meat, and leafy greens with every meal.

This diet combined with Lifting heavy and often will build your size and strength in no time.

Also look at your workout routine, lose the isolation exercises (bicep curls) and use only compound exercises for a couple of months- Squats, Presses and Rows.

If you want more info about building pm me.

Never heard of this but will look into it, if it is that simple its a wonder the pro's do not use and I am talking about people that actually compete.
