Cheers

I think I might buy a Treadmill ,I saw on tv workout world are doing a special where you buy any treadmill and you get a free $700 Exercise bike.

So plan there would be to use them every morning, I guess benifit of that is I stick them up stairs in front of tv and watch foxtel every morning while i do it speciallly in winter it will be a lot easier to make the effort to do it.

In my experience of owning home gym equipment the money is much better spent on a gym membership, right now i own dumbells, chinup/dip frame, ab king pro, fitball and other assorted fittness items which I hardly ever use due to any number of distractions at home where its much easier to procrastinate.

I find making the trip to the gym forces you to commit to some sort of exercise and once you get into a bit pf a routine you start to enjoy it.

yeah , its kinda catch 22,either way you go,
I mean having treadmil and bike means the wife can use them also.
So your cutting 2 member ships there.

sometimes being at home your more inclined to do a quick session when you couldnt really be fcked getting in the car to go somewhere.

No matter which direction you go, there is no reall winner, It all just comes down to hard work i geuss lol.

If i had running partner close I would run every day. But I am the sort of person who need motivation.

But I need to start by end of may as i have a goal to reach,

id have to say, from my own personal experience, its easier for me with gear at home.

I had a gym membership for a while, thinking that having the money come out of my account would give me incentive to go...

I went 5 times the whole year

By the way, your treadmill gets a bit of work Tim

+ 1

Bought an excercise bike and a bench/freeweights and use them most days!

Works for me!
