The Hallmark Apartments have these in them in Melbourne, they are fuckn awesome!

When I was looking (and fucking wished I purchased) an apartment there, it was an extra $3000 per year strata costs just for the lift 12 monthly maintenance.

Na was 1150 Syd to Perth. they only put 100 meters on the trippo which wasn't bad considering they drove it about that much infront of my eyes when plucking it out of their lot. Car was dirty but no ding's , dent's or chips

Are there any other fees apart from transport and inspection you need to know before buying a car from over east eg. registering an eastern states car, here?
