Does he want car advice or does he want 20 pages of people circle jerking about what the car might be?

If its the former, we'll find out what car it is.

If its the latter, carry on..

Pretty straight forward question.

I'm thinking you should call a company called VIP Inspections
who will act on a buyers behalf and inspect the car then do a
full report including detailed pics and send it to the buyer.

Once the buyer is satisfied they will hand over a bank cheque
and organise all paper work to be done and transport of the car.

Has anyone used this service before, I looked at using them last
year when getting the 204 but decided I'd just go do it myself for
a bit of fun.

It certainly can be hard because until you physically see the car,
all the info/details and apparent pics of the car could be false and
misleading which would be farked if you handed over bulk cash
only to find out you've wasted your time and money!

I had a bad VIP experience when they rated my liberty GT a 8/10 in terms of bodywork. They noted a dodgy touchup over the rear wheel arch - but forgot to mention the 10+ other dodgy paint fixes on the car.

They were also paid to pick up the car and drop it off at the transport depot, instead they got the seller to deliver it.

Was burnt but not looking myself - so the next time I got a NMRA inspection then went over myself to confirm & drive home. NMRA inspection was spot on!

This +++

Do yourself a favour, fly over east with the mrs for the weekend, go look at the car on saturday and drop it off at the depot that avo. Spend saturday night taking the mrs out and sunday shopping with her so she doesn't get too mad at you buying a car, and it's a nice weekend away to keep her happy for a bit longer...

or is it this one?

http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars/...ords=&__N=1216 1246 1247 1252 1282 4294963801 4294963800&silo=1011&__No=75&seot=1&tsrc=allcarhom e&__Nne=15&trecs=2851&__sid=1289CAA9F999

in all fairness, i rather not say what i was looking at, i just wanted to ask peoples experiences with transport across the country. as usual it turns into a naked circle jerk of love & hate.

ill know better for next time
