Tonnes of Russians in Bali and they're not popular.

You will see the odd bemo vehicle with a Russian flag sticker CROSSED so they know that the driver isn't interested in dealing with them.

Our favourite for cheaper stays. Right on the Legian beach BUT you can walk to Kuta easily if need be. Poco Loco's restaurant is less than 50 meters away.
