Handing out staff chrissie presents this morning and feeling like Rick Ross (muthaf*kin BOSS).

The boys all got 5 x $100 bunnings vouchers, 5 x $100 myer vouchers and 5 x $100 wish gift cards each. Close out the arvo, tidy up the 2 factories tomorrow morning - staff lunch and boom, holiday mode activated. I'm feeling less stressed already.

Yeah, twas a pretty good year despite the general doom and gloom. We hit our turnover and profit projections (actually a bit over) so myself and the old man sat down and decided that was a pretty reasonable thankyou for their efforts this year.

There was discussion about bonus where I work and as soon as it was mentioned I said it wasn't going to work due to the 'way things are', 9months later and no bonus system enabled
