My repayments on $410k are currently ~$2015 a month? and $1250 a month on $250k investment property. I couldn;t be happier at the moment, saving plenty over when i initially bought the places 12 months ago.

Having said that... it will go back up sooner or later!

December and January as business goes into summer hibernation and I get lunches.

Txtshots, small convo with Jo, good sanga, great coffee.

Movie time I think.

With a 5% deposit it would get you at least $350K in borrowings for $2080 per month.
480 x 52 = $24,960
divided by 12 = $2080 per month.

CBA for instance would lend $358K on their no fee product at 5.7% interest and $2080 would be the contracted monthly repayments.

With no 5% deposit saved up, as i said there are a few different options to still get you into your own home and I am happy to have a chat about these

Settlement going through on my first home, and being officially out of the rent trap at last!

And holy fuck Kym, that's a cheap mortgage!! Especially with only a 5k deposit.. mine's over 600p.w and I put down a 10 percent deposit.

Do you deal with complicated owner/operator type loans? Have had two brokers and three banks look at our situation. All went into too hard basket.

In keeping with the thread, if you could help this would make us happy

Damn Kym you beat me to it, was going to point out that you live in Woop Woop. Sorry been busy all afternoon

Sam will definitely arrange to have a chat with you in the new year, am interested in knowing the options. We are eligible for shared equity through Access due to my vision impairment and had been told that our maximum repayments would be approx $400/week if we used the maximum loan amount of up to $412000 with the equity being 67/33% so our loan would be around $246000 with the govt covering the remainder. Will be interesting to see what other options are out there.

PS i thought this thread was a Jaron free zone? That's what the tags say
