Dafuq kinda logic is that.

Harder springs = more resistance

More resistance = more force required to do the same amount of work ( work being bending to absorb shock in this case )

If The force doesn't change which it won't because your car will still weigh the same therefore force = mass x acceleration wont change.

Thus more resistance with the same force = less absorption of shock

Less absorption of shock = a rougher ride
