Its a waste of time installing fixed speed cameras, everyone will know where they are and just accelerate when they pass them. The only way fixed speed cameras work is to install them everywhere.
As has been said before, many cities in the UK have had them for over 10 years and have actually started taking them down because they simply don't work. They need to increase police presence on the freeways, I never, ever see a cop car on the freeway. If I took the plates off my car I could do 200k's and no-one would even notice!
