Dont bother with bunnings unless you know exactly what youre looking for.

Try a plumbing outlet and take the fittings if possible to show the guy. Chances are is that they will have what your after or give you an idea what to do next.
Heck if the guy says youd be best off with a plumber, he could help you out with a number for a decent one anyway lol
