we got lunch at a brewery and some vouchers.

My wife works for a well known insurance company, and this year their bonus is a bit fucked; basically if you pass your KPI's, you go into a draw, and then some employess are awarded a bonus at random.

I understand that not all employers are obligated to give bonuses, but i think its pretty shithouse that they can go "you're good at your job, heres a few bucks. You're also good at your job, possibly even better than the last guy, but you get shit"
