Yep I use Fuelwatch ALL the time.

I normally dont worry about a few cents a litre here and there, but if its convenient and close by, I just buy the cheapest. This is for my daily driver, for the WRX I use solely overpriced BP98

Just remember....if every person bought the cheapest fuel in their area, there wouldnt be exorbitantly overpriced fuel!!

I remember when it was less than 50c a liter. Those were the days...

Still, it's not going down anytime soon, or at all. We're stuck with prices hovering between $1.20 and $1.50 for the forseeable future, until it goes up to the $2 bracket.

It's changing lifestyles. Already I've pretty much stopped giving a shit about cars, I still have my project SSS that will get the occasional squirt on weekends, and instead of getting that WRX we wanted, we bought a brand new Mazda 2. Between the wife and I we're on a pretty damn good wicket, and we just can't justify running a big car these days. Makes me wonder how people on lower income brackets put up with it.

Guess it's a change of priorities all around.

This fuel is bullshit,

I could understand when the US was blowing the shit out of Iraq, I can understand when the hurricane went through the states, but what is it now? This is absolute fucking daylight robbery and I feel at the very LEAST the wanker government could drop GST from Fuel!

IRAN nuclear threat?!

the only possible positive outcome of this scenario is we see less 4WDs (especially the one with tiny lady @ wheel) in the metro area.

I dont really care, I'm beyond caring. I still need the fuel and i will fill up regardless.

Hopefully interest rates will go up and slow the housing boom.

Whats likely to happen - we will park our cars in the garages for weekend use only, and Vmotos, scooters and push bikes will be the cheapest was of getting around.

Would be good to get into the Vmoto market NOW! start up a new business in your local area!

Funny you say about the interest rates - this morning on the radio they said the banks will rise the interest rates before the end of the year - awesome. I'll have to pay more on my house mortgage.
