went to repair centre and they rekon easily repairable. Ill be fighting that.. *sigh* have to fight her insurnace for a hire car too. They rekon they dont do that. this will be interesting lol

Failing to see doesnt negate culpability. In fact its an admission of negligence.

Dont mess about, just get a lawyer to draft a letter citing physical and emotional trauma caused by the accident and send it to the woman's insurance company. Put everything you can remember now in writing so it doesnt get clouded in your memory. Hopefully you got details of witnesses and if so ask them to give a written statement now also.

On a positive side youre relatively unscathed (except for the emotional scarring thats going to take years of therapy - or a nice payout to get over).

As others have said - its good it was just the car that got badly hurt, and not you! Keep records of medical visits and results - symptoms of whiplash do not always present immediately but can surface some time down the track.
