joeman: yeah you could be right. most of the time i interact with cops are with b&e, so i assume they will give an OR as well for major crashes.

but then i'm not a cop so i dunno

Another thing too is that the attending car mays not always be a traffic or crash car. Oh well, I suppose checking the local cop shop is a start.

I smashed my car outside of ECU MT Lawley with Major Crash attending last April... I only recieved the letter outlining the findings April this year... I somehow wouldnt hold my breath waiting for anything from MC... Fortunately my insurance bypassed waiting for them.....
