Default Bricking up a carport/ garage extension

As per title; who's dunnit and how much did it cost? Have done some searching but can't find much post 2007 and I'm guessing costs have changed post GFC.

I'm needing 2 sides to be covered plus a little of the rear (opens into back garden) and will put a smaller roller door in the rear.

Also, wouldn't mind raising the roof a tad, the only issue is the roof of the carport is part of the main house roof which may complicate things/increase cost.

And no, I'm doing doing a D.I.Y job, I want something that will last longer than 2 months before crumbling down around my cars!
