The last 12 weeks......Making me HAPPY!!!
155kg down to 117Kg! 38kegs gone for ever....... I'm walking 8km every other day (9mins per km)....as well as 3 weights sessions per week  Hands down the sleeve was the best decision I've made!

That's some achievement dude. Congrats.
I've gone from being a 90KG Royal Marine (15 years ago) to a 130KG IT nerd. I'm just starting my journey back to being <100KG. I don't have many regrets in life but losing my fitness and gaining the weight I have is by far the biggest one I have.

I'm full time IT too and sitting at a desk all day is the killer, especially if you have a bad diet. I got to 100kg and managed to get back to 85 after I looked in the mirror one day and realised how bad it had become.

Getting some All terrain Cooper tyres fitted and getting my bonnet protector fitted to the car this week. looks slightly tough now instead of being a soccer mums car.
