Hey Alex which rear casing cover do you use on yours?

I used the one with the 2 open sections the other day at Barbs and all you can hear at speed is the bloody wind so I'm thinking I should have used the fully enclosed one instead unless that is the same too and you'll always get bulk wind sound?

Run the seal when its on the exterior and seal-less when its inside the cabin

Found with running the seal when inside the cabin there was very little engine noise.

You still get a bit of wind noise when using the seal, but liveable.

I also heard putting a bit of thin foam over the mic to reduce the wind noise?? never tried it as yet.

also I cant see the a difference when using the full closed rear to the 2 open slots, both have wind noise only the enclosed is just slightly less.

The non waterproof one is supposed to be actually better outside the car with windnoise, but like the rest of you what's been posted on the website as promotional videos versus what I have been able to achieve is fairly different. I hear the trick these days is the non waterproof housing with a piece of gaffa over the holes for the best wind resistance

Anyone got some good settings for night time video? The last effort I could have done a better job strapping a mobile phone to the rollcage...
