Alright video but to be honest, given that Colin McRae pretty much started professional rallying in a Subaru Legacy, i'm pretty f*cking disappointed that all we get is a couple of passing shots of Subaru Liberty RS's in the video.

We went to the effort of organising for the RS Liberty Club members to meetup prior to the cruise and park together at the first meet point yet you can't even show a short clip of our cars together?

This video fails to capture the spirit of Colin McRae... I'm no expert on the technicalities of using short broadcast video clips but I would have much rather it had shown each series of car (Liberty/Legacy RS and GC8 WRX) at the cruise and cut to footage of Colin McRae showing his brilliance in those cars.

^ good idea about cutting in and out of Colin's clips with our cruise clips. But Ian always plays it safe in every way from a legal perspective. Even the soundtracks he gets every year are (from memory) done by his friends so that he has their direct permission to use them.
If he was showing other footage from YouTube or wherever, he might (might) get the people who shot it and/or posted it complaining – in a bitching way or a legal way. Like I say, Ian has always tried to avoid that.

Can only take your comments on board, think about the ideas that you have put forward and use them next year, I suppose!
