Few more from overseas, still with C770. I should really fix up the skies in photoshop but haven't bothered. I'm only a hack, so don't mind negative comments. Upgrading to DSLR before next OS trip in June.

Only 3 of your pictures were visible.

Couldn't really notice much of a difference with the lighting. It doesn't seem any softer bouncing off a black ceiling and it probably requires more power from the flash?

Strange, never had a problem hotlinking from my mate's site before. Will just change them to URL's when I get a chance.

The light isn't softer, it just falls/wraps around differently.
To me, your images looked very flat. Did you shoot RAW and just spit them out with minimal processing, or shoot jpg? If jpg, what in-camera setting do you use?
