When I got some tyres fitted to some brand new rims the tyre shop took chunks out of the rim lip. Went back and complained and the manager basically abused me saying they hadnt done it...

quite a bit involved to update the interior, not a simple plug and play as the 05 onwards has auto climate control among other changes

coilovers will help in that the higher spring rates will help keep the tyres off the guards... 8.5" would be a good choice for a 245
as for fitment mainly depends on the offset of the wheels and...

yes i tapped mine into the rear sensor as i wanted to keep the stock pressure indicator.
However you will have issues tightening the sensor and will need a crows foot or something similar.
