3.54 diffs can be hard to find. Swap the VLSD out for:

may have found one for you jezz just finding out what ratio & if its 1,1.5 or 2 way, also finding out if he'll ship to perth (its in tassy) great price though even if it cost $150 to e-go it to here

iirc correctly paid 750 for mine + 150 for the shafts

this is the ad:

plated r160 rear diff, unsure on kays. shimmed up heaps - ex grug mobile. hasnt been used since pulled from his car. includes rear shafts & mount with solid bushes $350
