Got price back - its a bit more than I wanted but its not too bad.. I suppose... but its over 550 for Bugeye. Maybe I will buy them and hide them at my Girlfriends house so my parents dont find out..

Righto, so, I have my STi TMIC. Im trying to find a good place online, possibly from America, to get a TD05-18G. I dont want to buy a dodgy ebay China copy after what I have been reading lately.

What places in the US would you guys normally buy through? Or, is this the normal way to do things or not. I dont know where to look and a search didnt really help me much, better to ask the experts.

Will work in your favour if you have a friend in the US you can get to purchase for you and ship etc.

A lot of US stores have locked in distributors in WA and the store that Rossco tee'd up the discount for PWRX on wont have anything small enough for you 'nor did they for me'.

Could get a blouch turbo over there. I'm not a pro on these type of things though. Just browse nasioc often.

With a colleague in the US Blouch 'direct', would definitely be a good start.

Might be worth your while to cross-reference against GTPumps 'Aussie brand', to see if there's any real savings going abroad though.

Also once you've got some options give your mechanic/tuner a call for some feedback.

Looking at the blouch, the 16G TD05 is just short of $900. They say that it is rated for up to 350HP - Since im only going to be looking for 250HP Should I just get the 16G? Im not one for bragging rights on paper and couldnt give a shit about the HP Figure, I just want to drive it and be able to do track work and keep up with the middle of the pack. Im not going to be building some insane motor any time soon. If I was going to do that, I would sell the GC8, Get a new STi/BRZ Company car, and then just import an RA Track Car.

Why not source a second hand VF28/29. Perfect for the power you are chasing and cheap.
