Quick update:
No resolution regarding the damaged vehicle.
Toll Auto has damaged this motor beyond repair and have not offered compensation for the damaged. I am trying to claim for Negligence -> uphill battle at the moment. Ill just get on with it.

Attached photos indicate the damage occurred at High RPM.

1. Cylinder & sleeve cracked (cylinder 3)
2. metal filings and debris blown through Turbo - exhaust wheel stuffed.
3. Also, Quick release steering wheel damages (forced onto spline - incorrect orientation)

I've also discovered debris has been blown through the Inlet manifold to the opposite cylinders and managed to chip and crack cylinders & heads on that side.

Basically a bin job with little to no salvage value.

After digging for info over the last 8 months!!!! i discovered a few gaps in their story which i suspect they knew what they had done the whole time.
The vehicle was delivered to Adelaide in good running order (eliminate the train ride and cam wheel slip as the fault).
The vehicle then ran rough when it was started 2 days later while attempting to load onto the trailer bound for Brisbane. The operator called me to ask if they could jump start the car but did not mention that the vehicle has run rough. The said the vehicle would not start first go, so i assumed flat battery.
Of course jump starting didn't work - they couldn't even tell me if the fuel pump was running. Playing dumb it seams.

A week later the car arrived on a tilt tray with coolant and oil pissing from the exhaust.

I had the car tuned weeks prior - pulled 210kw.atw and ran great. The engine was well run in. Sounded sweet with rotational idle.. Unfortunately, the sweet sound of this vehicle may have been its demise as some Muppet revved the vehicle to its limiter on a cold engine.
That would have sounded great until the engine let go. (I would have loved seen his facial expression)

Lesson learnt: Have your vehicle moved (interstate) as a non-goer. This way the driver/operator is not or can not start your vehicle.
Or simply immobile the ignition.

I would expect at least a new engine, initial tune, run in tune and full refund of any transport costs for the shit you are going through right now.
Hopefully this happens as no one deserves to have this happen to them.

The claim gets a little complicated since it was my work who arranged to transport / relocate my belonging and i had very little do to with the transport agreement (or contract).
In reality it is my company who should be claiming for damages.
So, i am claiming my company for compensation which is another uphill battle.
