Allstar dyno has been recalibrated to read closer to wheel hp/roller dyno apparently? If so, it would probably have read 250-255hp on the old setup. Not too shabby really. Not far off my car (I have lots more torques though).

Yeah I'm happy with it and if I take it to other places I'm sure it could read higher or lower but they said that it's pretty accurate, and I'm not fussed by the hp but I want more torque because torque gets all the bitche........oh wait

Has the turbo been swapped? V4 should be a VF23

Nah, V3 is VF23 & V4 is VF24...........slightly smaller but I think they changed it to a 28.

But you have a 2.5l not a fair comparison.

You also have .5 of a litre more, but ~300kg more to carry

I've put a new battery and relays in and it will turn over now but just won't start so I'm going to get a different alternator but does anyone know if one from a 98 forester will be the same as mine ? And just incase there turns out to be more problems I've got someone to look at the car next week too....yaaaaay more money being spent

I will eventually have everthing fixed and have no more issues and I look forward to that day.
