Would stay away from eBay spec brakes considering you don't want to skimp on the only part that will pull up the car and wouldn't swap your sash/cluster out for any reason it's a really shit selling point for the future, but welcome anyway your on the right path my friend bought the new escort cost him 700$ and it is a very good radar deterctor ..

Coilovers - Price up STD coil overs from Mao - they are all going to be the same quality for the $1300ish mark. Easy to install

Brakes - QFM A1RM's are wicked for the price.
Rotors - price up DBA 4000/5000 or a RDA equivalent. Budget around $1000 for good quality discs.

Most of the other stuff ( spoiler etc etc) hit up Rob from Ultrex. He has a good price on most things, alot has been tried and teated on local cars ( your front lip) and is a top guy too!

Spend a little extra and get some KW coilovers. Will be a few hundred more and will be a lot better.

Well looked after and good looking STI, might want to look under the bonnet. The clutch system is hydronic not cable driven

I wouldn't bother, unless they are actually flogged.
