The bank for charging me an overdrawn fee. Why can't they just 'deny' the transaction. When I try buy something with my card with no money in my account, it doesn't go into negative funds and charge me a fee, it just declines it. But if it's an automated transaction, nope we're gonna take the funds anyway. WTF

Feel for you. Years ago my girl was in NZ for 72 hours for a family funeral. Vodaphone NZ (via Optus) suggests whilst in NZ downloaded approx 2 Gb. The cost was over $880 (international data roaming).

I fought it tooth n nail and eventually got $600 credited. It simply could not of happened. Our main issue was the fact that that her downloads in 3 days OS was nearly 3 times her average monthly usage of approx 700 Mb which is documented over years n years of use.

Keep fighting, ask for team leaders and threaten to go to Telstra.
