I was looking for a car, found one and decided to sign "Subject To Approval" form, now i figured out they are ripping me off, so today i spoke to them and no longer want to go through them, but they are telling me i signed the form, im stuck with the purchase now, i havnt signed any other paperwork, and finance has been approved.
Am i really stuck with them? Have i got the right to bail? I know there is a dealer salesman on here, your help would be much appreciated. BTW the car is a Nissan Dualis 2011 ST, HELP asap plz as they reckon if i dont sort of ma s*&t soon they'll take action Cheers
