Unlike the numerous well scripted weasel responses from WA Health Minister Hames perhaps you'll answer these questions: Why was Fluoride added to the water supply in 1966 with no referendum and no human trials? Why has any opposition to the practice been met with a standard "it's safe and effective" ever since the 1966 water act brought it into law? Why was the act created only after it became illegal for industry top pump Fluoride directly into the atmosphere?

Why the fuck would anyone of sane mind want that shit added to the water supply? Go look up the chemical card genius, you can only handle the stuff in a full suit with resperator equipment. But I guess you know all this because you work for Perth water right?
What is a chemical card? MSDS would be the appropriate term.
More to the point, do you even know how to interpret information given about a chemical properly? Doesn't seem like it.

Anyway, what ever floats your boat, if you enjoy getting all upset about the flouride in the water, and the conspirosy that goes with it, go for it. But if you think the flouride is bad, check out this bad one....CLICK LINK HERE

Dihydrogen Monoxide you say?

So "Di" being two of "hydrogen" with "Mono" being "oxygen" equals H2O.

So Dave was right - just drink beer.

Adding Fluoride to drinking water is one of many "health practices" that polarises opinion. Some nations add fluoride - some don't - some have to remove flouride due to high levels of natural occurrence and industrial pollution due to issues with Fluorosis (many regions in India have this issue).

WHO - Flourosis

Whilst I appreciate that some have concerns, I would suggest that there are many other "pollutants" in water supplies that would be of a greater concern than Flouride which never get spoken about. As an example, WA and Queensland has banned the petrol additive MTBE (methyl tertiary butyl ether) as there are studies that have shown it has devastating cumulative effects to humans. When MTBE is used in petrol it accumulates in the underground water supplies.

MTBE report

So, moral of the story. Don't drink the water - drink beer

yes we have an extended stack as well, as to try and get any smoke away from the neighbours... middle of winter, driving rain, love walking into my mum's house with the fire cranking. warms the entire house basically and doesn't cost a cent!

I have an European designed wood heater. Best thing to keep the house warm on those chilly nights / mornings.

Close your windows. boom, house doesn't get filled with smoke and white trash won't jump in the window and steal your car stereo
