Hey RJ. Does your exhaust housing have anything cast into it? like maybe 'bpt 8'? Im a bit worried the exhaust is the wrong size too.

Troy has promised to send the 3inch front and said it can be swapped over easy enough.

to his credit. i didnt actually pay any extra for the 3inch option. When i called initially, we disscussed it, and all i had to do was order the 2.4inch version online, but specify 3inch in the order comments. So im happy with that side of things.

Yeah I'm happy with Troy with all dealings I've had and he's been very helpful numerous times. So you're saying you will keep the 2.4" 10cm? You were defs dreaming when you mentioned 4k rpm range a few days ago lol
ps: I'll check the housing this arvo when I get my car back from ASG, rad split yesterday just random doing 50kph heading to my mates house. Coolant mess everywhere, posting below.

Driving to mate's house yesterday and windscreen gets a spray.
Thought it was bit of water from sprinkler in side street, keep going as I was 500metres to his house, park and walk away from the car, weird smell...turn around and there's a green pool forming, rad split at the front. Glad it happened just as I was about to stop and not halfway somewhere as it didn't have time to overheat.
Was pissed off by it, called tow truck, downed a few beers in the front yard waiting, wasnt so pissed off after this, towed straight to ASG with new rad going in today.

I blame it on being a Monday #GrrrMondays

Mine had bpt 8 on the exhaust housing mate, and was ordered as an 8cm.

No. Im still going 3inch. Troy is getting the 3inch housing sent out and I will swap it onto the turbo I have here. The housings interchange from what i understand. The wheels and CHRA must all be the same for the DOM 2.5s, and you just specify how big you want the housings to be.

And im pretty sure it infact the 10cm exhaust. The exhaust has 10 stamped inside it, AND it also has 'bpt 10' cast onto the outside. I was just concerned because the box was labelled as being an 8cm. I think Blouch must have just grabbed an 8cm model (and box), and then put a 10cm exhaust housing on it. But forgot to / or wasnt specified to put the 3inch compressor housing on?

Anyways. minor set back.

Also. Troy has told me the 10cm exhaust is a new model and spools better than the previous 10cm housings. I have not heard of this before and have no way of telling if there is a difference between this 10cm housing, and other 10cm housings. But bonus of it is so.

Ok cool...well I didn't know you could swap the inlet on there, as easy as the hotside housing...thats where Blouch comes in handy, all their xtr model hotside housings are same so you can swap whenever... be keen to see how you swap the inlet housing
