surely it cant be that hard. u got the manual there to help, a child could do it for ya.

There is a certain amount of skill required to do it properly. I would never do it for $80 either. you need to know how to solder properly, heatshirink, and also how to wire up each speaker correctly. You cant always just match up colours.

Has the car got the standard stereo in it still?
grab an adapter harness. Easy fix if not confident on diy. |

what car is this? i have done a pioneer avic install on a early series trim impreza (93-97)
it has a whole bracket thingo that holds the cupholders in, all you do is remove it, unscrew the old deck out and screw in the double din unit....then hteres the wiring of course, is this similar with the 98 onwards trim? |
