anyone with just car, i imagine they DO NOT cover acts of god such as hail!

comiserations to everyone whos car is damaged, thank god mines sitting in mms...

I have a couple of dents....1 bad one on the drivers side c pillar, 4 in the roof, couple on the boot........

Astonisingly my alloy bonnet has absolutely no dents!!

So sorry to all.

My opinion is that a hail damage is no different to any other "no discernible at fault" claim.

Simply, do not admit its hail damage. All you know is you came back to the car and it had dents. Let them (read insurance companies) prove it's hail. The evidence just melted away.

My loss was inches of water in a office suite.

EDIT - QBE my insurer seems to "cover" hail damage. See http://www.icfrithwa.com.au/site/fil...aim%20Form.pdf for claim form.

YESS!!!!! Both WRX & Liberty, no doubt the Liberty has taken a beating being parked on a hill in Mullaloo overlooking the ocean with just a shitty cotton car cover over it, front windows of the house are cracked & car is just next to them, apparently holes all over the car cover too but not much I can do here in China till I can get someone other than my terrified 85yo mother to have a look, she seems to think all the windows are still in one piece, probably just the tinting holding them together .
