Personally stealth as much as you can, its still a track pig but man it will give the engine bay an awesome custom look!

Police wont know what to do if they saw an engine bay that clean and uncluttered.

One a side note why do I get the feeling you're already planning a whole new theme for the vehicle

leave location as is imho balances the engine bay nicely. looks too empty in the other car, rerouting of lines would tidy it up on the drivers side

Get rid of the brake booster altogether and move the brake fluid resevoir so you can check it / top it up without having to take off the strut brace everytime.

id leave it as in to be honest.. i think having the tanks there evens the engine bay up & makes it look functional... not just show like....
