WRC wing for sure. Those other things look like a shitty DIY job that someone didn't even want to complete.

Hmm Big time attack wings have proven there worth, otherwise no1 would be using them.. Yes less benficial to an amateur driver like me but still beneficial.

Even on time attack cars with their wind tunnel developed aero, under 150kph they do almost nothing. What corner are you tipping into at that speed around Barbs, Collie, RAC?

+1 Sequential.

Okay so i have decided to enter the Subaru in this coming event.

Its a 0-1000m timed event and for top speed.

a standard 2007 STI does 0-1000m with a top speed of 200 kph

In my old subaru setup i hit 134mph @11.3 down 400 m in 5th gear = 218 kph so with another 600 m should get deep into the 250-280kph at 8,500rpm in 6th gear?

Any suggestions in how i should prep the car, i.e suspension, aero, tyres, power etc?

Pleased to see you are entering and suggest you just take the car to STechnic a week or so before the event and get him to give a good once over and prep. I am presuming you are going to tow the car up there right ? If its running well then no need to do anything in terms of tuning.

Straight line - minimal aero/drag, normal r-comps, suspension not stiff
