metric empirial crap, talk dash when you talk fuel systems!

you want to basically run a very large surge tank (5+lts) as a motor to this level will empty the tank in no time @ WOT. walbro's intank's are like a slow tap of water to fill that surge pot but even they can struggle if two hungry 044's are sucking faster than what it can supply so again its always better to over engineer your fuel system even down to the capacity of fluid in the surge pot.

^^^

hahah what about twin walbros feeding the 044s...

Yeh this will be a well thought out excerise in the next few months. ill slowly get the bits together then get a custom surge tank fabbed up to put where the waterspray tank used to go...

Also have u got an aeromotive full pump controller?? So the pumps dont run full ball all the time?? Im wondering if this is a good idea??

Also fuel cooler??

Tode, just fyi.. both fuel pressure regs have been set and matched together at 50 psi.. This was done by pressure testing both regs etc...

get a single holley blue as a lift pump

EFI pumps as lift pump will over rev and eventually shit themselves, where as a holley blue will just pump all day long, and outflow two 044's worth of demand without breaking a sweat..

its because of the vibration, the bolt and screw that you twist to set the pressure slowly move out of place.

I have mine mounted on the metal next to the washer bottle, so it cops alot of vibration etc.

Malpassi / Sard same shit. Aeromotive FPR apparently dont have any problems with this.
