+50 offset with 18's required to clear these.

I noticed the dogbone setup on mine. As I assumed, the Brembo GT Caliper is what these are based on, the dogbone's for lack of a better term would be the 'homologated' oem fitment, along with a lick of paint, sti lettering, some pink pads and pink ended braided lines.

These will work well, and as Brendon rightly pointed out, this needs decent rubber to translate onto the road.

Im running a +35 offset with the Enkeis so should have no drama clearing the brakes, and may even go with a +30 offset if i switch out to 5x114.3 hubs.

Yep rubber is in the pipeline.

A bit of guard massaging, switch to 114 pcd and run gtr 18 x 9.5's all round :-)
